Villa Maderas is a luxurious 2000+ square foot villa with two air conditioned ocean view bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Includes full kitchen, walk-in pantry, and great room with lounging and dining areas. Built in 2009, and only steps from the infinity pool and billiards pavilion, it has fiber optic internet, air conditioning, a private well with an advance triple-filter water purification system providing purified water in every tap, and state-of-the-art electric and sewage infrastructure.
The large open living/dining room includes an onyx dining table. The attached great room has a soaring cathedral ceiling thatched with local palapa (palm leaf thatch) which creates a cool interior in sunny Guerrero! Sustainable tropical hardwoods contribute to the magical architectural elegance of the villa. Maid service is included and strong consistent Wi-Fi is available throughout the property so you can enjoy some idyllic office space where a whale spotting is a real possibility during their yearly migrations.
Villa Maderas was built by architects Gustavo and Karina Jasso using nature's own building materials, incorporating harvested fallen jungle woods. The neo-tropical architecture uses tropical hardwoods, traditional local palapa and polished cement to create a cool and inviting eco-luxury environment. The soaring palapa ceilings were designed to maximize the flow of cool ocean breezes to flow freely throughout.
